Shipping & Delivery
Receive your order today? When you order on working days before noon in our webshop, you can choose to have it delivered the same evening between 6pm and 10pm. For this you pay € 7.95 shipping costs and you can (re)start your training immediately or have your tool(s) delivered super fast.
Our Ultra-fast delivery service is only available at addresses in the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands.
For orders placed before 23.59 hours, we offer the possibility of delivery the next day. On Fridays, ordering before 3 p.m. is not possible, and on Saturdays this shipping method is not (yet) available. The shipping costs are € 4.95.
Unfortunately, we have no insight into the time of delivery in advance. This can be during the day, or in the evening between 18.00 - 22.00 hours.
The Express delivery service is only available to addresses in the Netherlands, except the Wadden Islands.
When the value of your order in our webshop is above € 50,-, we will ship it for free to the address you provide within the Netherlands. We will then ship it within 2 working days, giving you free delivery in 2-3 days.
Do you have an order below € 50,- and you choose for shipment within 2 working days, this will cost € 3,95.
Do you live near Amstelhoek or do you use the N201 often? In that case, it is also possible to pick up your order from us free of charge. This is often possible on the same day of ordering (order before 16.00, pickup until 17.00).

Collecting from a PostNL or DPD point
Is there someone home irregularly or do you prefer to receive it elsewhere? Then indicate in the ordering process that you want to collect the package from a PostNL or DPD service point. You can choose a point in your neighbourhood or near your work. After you have paid, it can be ready for pick-up the next working day from 15:00 onwards (please keep an eye on the carrier's notification). Your order will remain here for 7 days after the indicated collection date.
The costs for this are € 3,95 but are FREE for orders above € 50,-!
Deliveries outside the Netherlands
If you order for a delivery address outside the Netherlands, the rates for delivery vary (depending on the destination country). The delivery time also varies, but of course you will be kept informed by Track & Trace via e-mail.
Within Europe we offer free shipping for orders from € 250,-. Outside Europe we offer free shipping for orders from € 500,-.
Delivery time for applications with claims via your health insurer
When you place an order for a bedwetting alarm training with reimbursement from your health insurance company, it is possible that shipping will take extra time and that we can not meet your choice of delivery. This is because we first need to check your details with the insurer, or are still waiting for a referral letter.
If, for this reason, we cannot comply with 'Ultra Quick Delivery', we will credit the difference with the final shipping costs. Of course we will inform you of this in advance.
Delivery time for prepaid orders
If you choose to transfer payment manually when ordering through the web shop, it may take 1-2 working days before we have received and processed your payment. Please take this into account and choose the shipping method 'Sent within 2 working days' in such cases.
After payment has been received, you will be notified by e-mail and your order will be shipped the same working day.
Delivery from stock
In principle: If you can order it in our webshop, we have it in stock. However, if we (temporarily) cannot deliver it, we offer you three options: Suitable alternative; later delivery; money back.
Execution of delivery
We use the services of various carriers to ship the items from our webshop. We have selected these on the basis of providing optimal service to you, the consumer. To this end, we have made clear agreements with them.
As an extension of our products, we do everything we can to help you and therefore also to ensure the correct shipment of your items. Everything is carefully packed by our staff and offered on time to the carrier of your chosen shipping method.
Through them you will receive Track & Trace notifications by e-mail, so make sure you have a correct e-mail address when placing your order. With this they will keep you informed about the current location of your package and when it is scheduled for delivery.
We deeply regret any driver delays or late deliveries. We ensure that our carriers deliver your order as agreed. However, we, as Urifoon, can bear no responsibility and / or duties for delays by the delivery service.
Delivery during Holidays
Our carriers do not deliver on the following holidays. In this case, your order will be delivered on the first possible day.

- Ascension Day
- Whit Monday
- Sinterklaas evening (5th December)
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Please take into account that the transport companies have increased pressure during these periods.
