100 day trial period
We understand that something can suddenly happen that a recently purchased item cannot be used immediately. Or that you have bought more than you actually need.
Therefore, at Urifoon we offer a 100-day trial period.
This means that within 100 days after receiving the article you have the right to return the unused and unwashed article.
New articles have not been washed and/or used and must be in new condition. Moreover, they must still be in their original packaging.
Check
We cannot accept articles that appear to be washed or used after returning them. Also not if it smells like smoke or other household odors. Also in case of a visible (usage) trace of yourself or your pet (such as hair) we will not take the article back. These are just some examples that we unfortunately encounter in practice ;-).
We will inform you if the returned item(s) do not meet the return conditions. Not to discuss this, but to present you with the choice to return the item(s) to you or that a lower second hand value can be transferred to you.
Money back
From accepted returned items we will refund your account within 10 days. We will refund all payments made to us, including any shipping costs for delivery of your order if you return your entire order.
If you return part of an order, your purchase will be recalculated according to the price of the part of the order you are keeping. This may entitle you to a smaller discount, so the refund will be lower than the individual price of the returned products.
Exchange
If it turns out that the item you ordered is too small or too large, we will send you a different size within 2 working days after receipt of your return. Exchanged items will be returned once free of charge.
Return label
Returns are at your own expense and risk. You can buy a return label through us.
Report your return via our returns portal (click here). Select the article (and possibly the number of articles) to be returned, state the reason and choose a drop-off point near you.
To register your return, you only need to enter the order number and email address (with which the order was placed). The order number can be found on the packing slip or in the email with the invoice.
