Exchanging & Returning

Would you like to return or exchange an item? Then please follow these steps. This allows us to process your return as smoothly as possible.
1.Notify our customer service that you want to return an item.
2.After receiving your item, we will send you an email with a confirmation of receipt.
3.We exchange the item (if available) or refund the purchase price within 7 days, depending on your request.

Reflection period of 14 days
You can exchange or return an item if you notify us within 14 days of making the purchase. It is important that the product is complete and in the original packaging. Products that have been damaged or are incomplete are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Exception
An exception are the sensor briefs. We recommend trying on the sensor briefs while wearing regular underwear underneath after receiving the briefs. If the size does not fit, please contact us. We will exchange the sensor briefs for you.
