Free delivery
If the value of the order in our webshop is over € 50, we will ship it free of charge to the address provided within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs within The Netherlands
With an order value below € 50,- we charge shipping costs of € 4,95 if the order fits through the letterbox.
If this does not fit, the costs are € 6.75.
Free pick-up in Amstelhoek
Do you live near Amstelhoek or do you often drive along the N201?
In that case, it is also possible to collect your order from us - free of charge! This is often possible on the same working day of ordering (order before 4 pm, collect until 4.30 pm).

Delivery time
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day. This means you may receive it the next day, but in principle it will never take longer than 2 working days. Here we do depend on our transport partners.
When ordering a bedwetting set with reimbursement through health insurance, shipping may take extra time. The reason for this is that we first need to check all data with the insurer or we may still be waiting for a referral letter.
Shipments outside the Netherlands
Of course, we can also ship orders outside the Netherlands. In that case, different shipping rates apply (see below) and the delivery time is variable and depends on the destination. Via Track&Trace e-mails from the carrier you will be kept up to date.

Delivery
We use the services of various carriers to ship items from our webshop. We have selected these carriers on the basis of optimal service in terms of speed and quality. We have made clear agreements with them about this.
As an extension of our products, we do everything in our power to help, including shipping the articles correctly. Everything is carefully packed by our staff and presented to the carrier on time.
Through them, you will receive Track & Trace notifications by email, so make sure you have a correct email address when placing the order. This will keep you informed about the current location of the package and when it is scheduled for delivery.
We deeply regret any driver delays or delayed deliveries. We ensure that our carriers deliver your order as agreed. However, as Urifoon, we cannot bear any responsibility and/or duties for delays by the delivery service.
Delivery during holidays
Our carriers do not deliver on the following holidays. In this case your order will be delivered on the first possible day.
