100-day trial period

This means that within 100 days of receiving the item, you have the right to return it, provided it is unused and unwashed. For a rented or second-hand bedwetting alarm, a return period of 14 days applies.

New items must be unwashed and/or unused and in new condition. They must also be in their original packaging.

We cannot accept items that appear to have been washed or used. This also applies if the item smells of smoke or other household odours. We will also not accept items that show visible signs of use by you or your pet (such as hair). These are just a few examples of issues we unfortunately encounter in practice ;-).

We will inform you if the returned item(s) do not meet the return conditions. Not to discuss this, but to give you the choice of having the item returned to you or receiving a lower second-hand value.

Money back

For accepted returned items, we will refund the money to your account within 5 days. Any shipping costs paid with the order will only be refunded if the order is returned within 14 days. Any payment costs will never be credited.

If you return part of an order, your purchase will be recalculated based on the price of the part of the order you are keeping. As a result, you may be entitled to a smaller discount, so that the refund is lower than the individual price of the returned products.
