Unexpected defect upon receipt

If your product is faulty immediately upon receipt, we ask that you contact us within 7 days. If we can reproduce the defect, we will offer you a fitting solution.

Step-by-step plan for defects

Is your product faulty? Please follow these steps. This allows us to process your faulty product as quickly as possible.

1. Report your defect preferably by phone (0297 - 760 001) or by email ([email protected]). In our experience, we can usually fix the issue right away this way. If that doesn't work, you can mail us the faulty product.

2. After receiving your product, we will investigate the defect and propose a solution as soon as possible.

Warranty period

Urifoon B.V. complies with the Law on market practices and consumer protection. We stand for sound products. You may expect that a product supplied by us will work according to expectations. Should your product fail, you can of course also count on us.

A warranty period of 12 months applies to electronics.
A warranty period of 3 months applies to the sensor briefs.
